Most of our custom formulas contain prescription-only ingredients and require a prescription. Don't worry - this is included in the process. You'll complete a short medical questionnaire, and one of our partner pharmacists will review it to issue your prescription if appropriate.
Most orders are delivered within 3-5 working days. Your formula is freshly compounded after your prescription is approved, so please allow 1-2 days for preparation before dispatch.
Yes, absolutely. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents or our company name on the outside.

Yes. We only use pharmaceutical-grade ingredients sourced from licensed suppliers. All compounding is done by registered pharmacies to strict quality standards.
This depends on the size you choose and your usage. A 60ml bottle typically lasts 4-6 weeks with standard twice-daily application. We recommend setting up a subscription to ensure you never run out.
Once an order is placed and the prescription issued, we cannot change the formula for that order. However, you can create a different formula for your next order or subscription renewal.
All prescriptions are reviewed by GPhC-registered pharmacists. They check your medical questionnaire to ensure the formula you've selected is safe and appropriate for you.
If a pharmacist determines that a formula isn't suitable for you, they'll contact you to discuss alternatives. If no suitable alternative can be found, you'll receive a full refund.
Prescriptions are typically valid for 6-12 months, depending on the medication. For subscription orders, renewal consultations are built into the process automatically.
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are processed securely.
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened products. However, if your prescription is declined or there's an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll make it right. See our Returns Policy for full details.
