GENERAL QUESTIONS

We’re a small family business that’s been helping people with hair loss for over 10 years.

We work with several MHRA-approved suppliers and adjust our prices in line with their costs. Any changes are passed on to patients straight away, so you always pay a fair price without hidden mark-ups.

Only what’s been independently proven to work. Finasteride, Dutasteride, Minoxidil (oral and topical), plus supportive options like microneedling. We could list all sorts of unproven gimmicks, but we don’t have the time (or interest) to deal with that. If it isn’t backed by proper evidence, we don’t offer it.

Our whole model relies on repeat business. It’s no different to anything else people depend on. Once you’ve found a reliable source, you stick with it. The secret to stopping hair loss isn’t hype, it’s consistency. We’ve been consistent for over a decade.

ORDERING & PRESCRIPTIONS

For most medications, yes. You’ll need to complete this online assessment form before your first order. Don’t worry, it’s quick and painless.

Yes, if you’ve ordered before and nothing has changed. If your details change, I might ask you to update them.

Like every other online store—checkout, pay, and wait for the magic to happen.

If you email me immediately, maybe. Once it’s packed and shipped, it’s out of my hands (literally).

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

£5.50 per order Processing usually takes a couple of days, and then we ship everything using 24 hour tracked

Some items are shipped separately. Non-prescription products are sent directly from us, while custom-made topical solutions are dispensed and shipped by the compounding pharmacy.

If you’ve received one parcel, the other is usually close behind. You’ll receive tracking info for each shipment as it becomes av

    Pharmacies don’t work weekends, so your order will be processed the next working day.

Give me a couple of days to organise your prescription and a couple more to get it to you. Anything longer than that and I’ll try to let you know.
