Shipping outside the UK isn’t always smooth.

Some countries throw a fit at the border. Others just don’t like post-Brexit Britain.
Fair enough.

IF YOU CANNOT REMAIN PLEASANT AT ALL TIMES, DO NOT ORDER FROM US

• 🇬🇧 Import duty? That’s on you. We’ll provide a commercial invoice and prescription if needed.

• 📦 Tracking? Absolutely. But once it’s in your country, you chase it if there’s a delay.

• 💸 Didn’t arrive? We’ll refund the item – all our parcels are insured.

• 🚚 Shipping fee? Not refundable. If customs reject it, or you don’t collect it, we’ll refund the product, but not the postage.

• 🚫 Returns due to customs or no-shows? That’s your responsibility.

Basically: we’ll pack it properly and ship it fast.

After that? It’s your country’s turn to behave.

If you don’t want the hassle, no hard feelings — buy local.
