The Founder's Story
More than fifteen years ago, Matthew started losing his hair. Like most blokes, he tried the lot: off-the-shelf products that promised everything and did nothing, pricey clinic consultations that felt more like sales pitches, and one-size-fits-all prescriptions that didn't really suit anyone.
After going through a hair transplant and properly discovering treatments like finasteride and minoxidil, it became obvious. The stuff that actually worked was out there, but it wasn't easy to get hold of, it cost too much, and nobody was tailoring it to the individual. The whole industry was overpriced, overcomplicated, and completely impersonal.
In 2015, Matthew set up Hair Repair Clinic as a family business with a simple idea: cut out the nonsense. No sales teams. No middlemen. No inflated prices. Just effective, pharmacist-dispensed treatments delivered straight to your door.
It worked. Within a few years, the business had helped thousands of customers across the UK, developed its own branded treatments (Finasol and Dutasol), and been featured by the BBC, The Sun, OK! Magazine, BBC 5 Live, and Cosmopolitan.
