1. About Us

Hair Repair Clinic is a trading name of More On Top Ltd (company number 16995843), registered in England and Wales. We are a specialist hair loss service established in 2015. We manage consultations, treatment plans, custom formulations, and delivery — working with GPhC-registered pharmacist partners who review, prescribe and dispense all medications. We are not a pharmacy; all clinical decisions and dispensing are made by our pharmacy partners.

2. Eligibility

3. Our Services

We provide a platform for creating custom formulation requests, which are reviewed by GPhC-registered pharmacists. If appropriate, a prescription is issued and the medication is compounded and delivered. We do not guarantee that any prescription will be issued - this is at the sole discretion of the pharmacist.

4. Medical Information

You must provide accurate and complete medical information during the consultation process. Providing false or misleading information may result in harm to your health and may be illegal. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe information provided is inaccurate.

5. Prescriptions

All prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our partner pharmacists. We cannot guarantee that any order will be approved. If your prescription is declined, you will receive a full refund. Prescriptions are only valid for the person named and must not be shared.

6. Pricing and Payment

7. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days after prescription approval. Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. We cannot guarantee delivery times. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery or providing a safe place.

8. Returns and Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of our products and pharmaceutical regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened medications. Please see our Returns Policy for full details on when refunds may be available.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of More On Top Ltd or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless More On Top Ltd from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or your use of our services.
